Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

If you order the wrong size or change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept the return on most goods for exchange or refund*, if it is returned in the original, premium condition within 14 days of you receiving the goods. This includes all packaging (including Shoe boxes, product tags, internal packaging) and returned in the original condition which includes return shipping in the shipping packaging provided.

Please contact our customer service via email to organise your return for either an exchange or refund, or follow the steps outlined on the following Returns and Refunds link.

*Please note, refunds are not available on Clearance/Sale purchases.

We will gladly offer an exchange to the value of the original purchase, if returned within 14 days.

The goods returned will need to be sent back at your own expense, however, if you are requiring an exchange of size we will send the replacement size back to you at no extra charge. We recommend sending your return via a trackable method of postage to ensure that it gets to us.

Only the product cost is refundable - original delivery charges are not.

All refund/exchanges will be processed within 48 hrs of receiving the stock returns.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

After you have placed an order, an order confirmation receipt is automatically generated and sent to you confirming the purchase and product information has been received.  This receipt does not constitute a contract, and the corresponding order may be cancelled at any time by AND1 Australia due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity or any unforeseen issues.

AFTERPAY ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

All Afterpay order cancellations and Refund Returns following the above guidelines will incur a 5% Fee of the order value. (Please note: if AND1 cancels the order due to insufficient stock you will not be charged the fee)

REFUND POLICY
All purchases from AND1 Australia are covered by Consumer Guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Laws (Competition and Consumer Acts 2010). Such guarantees include goods will be of acceptable quality, goods will be fit for a particular purpose, goods will match their description, goods will match the sample or demonstration model, we will honour any express warranties, you have title to the goods, you have undisturbed possession of the goods and there are no undisclosed securities on the goods.

You are entitled to a refund if there if there is a major failure in the product of one of the above. If there is a minor failure, we can elect to repair the goods or offer a replacement or a refund.
