FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $99

All orders are shipped direct from our Melbourne warehouse, and is FREE for all orders over $99, orders under $99 have a flat rate of $12.50.

No more waiting for items to be shipped from overseas, all our products are in Australia, shipping to you before your next game!

  • AND1 Australia orders are shipped via Shippit and Australia Post online fulfillment service. You will receive a tracking number to update you on the progress of your order. All items require a signature on delivery, however if nobody is home to receive your item, you will be prompted via email to organise a re delivery or collection from a local pick up point.
  • When Express Delivery is selected, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery. Once the order is placed, depending on when Australia Post collects parcels from us, orders may not be out for delivery until the next business day. The overall delivery timeframe however, is quicker than if standard delivery was selected.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, responsibility for the parcel transfers to Australia Post. Any issues arising after dispatch — including loss, damage, delays, or delivery problems caused by incorrect address details — must be resolved directly with Australia Post.
